Role Overview
The Head of Accounts and Business is a senior leadership position responsible for driving client relationships, strategic growth, and commercial performance across the agency.
This role combines account leadership, business development, and strategic oversight, ensuring that Lyme Haus delivers exceptional value to clients while achieving its growth objectives.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, business builder, and client partner with deep understanding of brand strategy, marketing communications, and agency operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client & Account Leadership
- Lead the agency’s client service function, ensuring consistent delivery of excellent, strategic, and creative work.
- Build and nurture strong, trusted partnerships with key clients at senior levels.
- Provide strategic direction on client accounts, working closely with creative, strategy, and media teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Ensure that client briefs are well understood, strategically grounded, and effectively executed.
- Oversee account planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
2. Business Development & Growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the agency’s client portfolio and revenue base.
- Lead pitch processes, develop proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Develop and execute a business growth plan aligned with the agency’s vision and market opportunities.
Foster strategic partnerships and collaborations that enhance Lyme Haus’ positioning and capabilities.3.
Commercial Management
- Oversee the financial performance of accounts, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
- Set and monitor KPIs for account teams.
- Support the development of pricing models, retainers, and project-based revenue strategies.
- Contribute to annual business planning, forecasting, and budget management.
