Role Purpose

Eni seeks an experienced Head of General Services to provide strategic leadership for general services and logistics in Ghana, ensuring that all support operations align with Eni’s ESG commitments. The role actively promotes sustainability, safety, ethical governance, and operational efficiency while creating a safe, respectful, and welcoming work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead general services functions, including facilities management, logistics, transport, accommodation, and administrative services, with a strong focus on sustainability and efficiency.

• Integrate environmental and social responsibility principles into service delivery, procurement, and operational planning.

• Ensure full compliance with Eni governance frameworks, local regulations, and international oil and gas standards.

• Promote health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) excellence across all general services activities.

• Manage suppliers and contractors in line with Eni’s ethical sourcing, human rights, and sustainability standards.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce environmental impact, optimize resource use, and support decarbonization goals.

• Oversee logistics support for local and international operations, ensuring responsible and efficient coordination.

• Lead and develop teams by fostering a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous learning.

• Prepare budgets, sustainability performance metrics, and operational reports for senior management.

• Identify operational, environmental, and social risks and implement mitigation and business continuity plans.

• Collaborate with international stakeholders to align general services with Eni’s global sustainability strategy.

  Qualifications & Experience

  • University degree in Engineering.

  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

  • Extensive experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with a strong background in General Services and Logistics.

  • Proven exposure to international or overseas operations, preferably in multicultural environments.
