Role: Head of IT

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the organization’s overall IT strategy and operations
• Develop and implement IT policies, systems and security frameworks
• Oversees infrastructure, network and data management
• Manage IT budgets, projects and vendor relationships
• Supervise and mentor the IT team

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. Master’s degree in an added advantage
• Minimum of 10 years of work experience in IT management, with 5+ years in a Senior Management role
• Must be proficient in T24 core banking software
