Role Summary

We are hiring a Head of Maintenance to own the full maintenance ecosystem of our electric mobility fleet. You will ensure every bike stays operational, every downtime is minimized, and every rider remains earning.

You will lead maintenance strategy, build strong partner networks, manage technical operations, and drive performance through data and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end fleet maintenance, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and root-cause analysis.
• Own fleet uptime and utilization rate as the primary performance KPI.
• Design and execute a scalable maintenance strategy across all operational regions.
• Build, manage, and optimize a third-party maintenance partner network.
• Oversee warranty systems, spare parts suppliers, and service quality standards.
• Develop feedback loops between field operations, engineering, and product teams.
• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing maintenance and technician team.
• Drive operational excellence through data tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure all maintenance operations align with safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in automotive, motorcycle, or electric mobility sectors.
• Strong background in maintenance operations or after-sales service management.
• Proven experience scaling service operations, ideally involving third-party partners.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills (contracts, warranties, vendor agreements).
• Analytical mindset with strong fluency in operational and performance data.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Operations, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to build and manage technical teams.
• High attention to detail and strong execution discipline.
