Role Overview

The organization is seeking an experienced and proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and coordinate daily housekeeping operations. The role requires strong supervisory skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain quality standards while motivating and guiding housekeeping staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure cleanliness standards are met

• Assign duties, monitor staff performance, and provide on-the-job guidance

• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with hygiene and quality standards

• Train and mentor housekeeping staff on procedures and service expectations

• Manage housekeeping supplies and report inventory needs

• Address operational issues promptly and escalate concerns when necessary

• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations

• Maintain accurate records and reports related to housekeeping operations

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Hospitality Management

• Minimum of two (2) years’ relevant work experience in a supervisory or housekeeping role

• Must reside in Tema or its environs

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• High attention to detail with the ability to enforce quality standards

• Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and commitment to service excellence
