Position Summary
The HR Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resource team in the areas of recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, staff coordination, and general HR administration. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining efficient HR processes and a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Support day-to-day human resource and administrative operations.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication.
- Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation.
- Support employee onboarding, orientation, and staff engagement activities.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, correspondence, and internal communications.
- Coordinate leave records, attendance tracking, and staff documentation.
- Support training and development activities and maintain related records.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information.
- Assist with office administration and other duties assigned by management.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and workplace initiatives.
Qualification Required & Experience
Applicants must possess:
- A Degree, HND, or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in human resource administration or office administration will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Good written and verbal communication abilities.
