Role Overview

Growth Architects Ghana is seeking a motivated HR Intern to support the Human Resources team in executing day-to-day HR functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, eager to learn, and capable of contributing to a professional and efficient HR environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities, including candidate screening and interview coordination.

• Support onboarding processes for new employees to ensure a smooth integration.

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

• Assist in staff coordination and facilitate clear communication across teams.

• Provide administrative support for HR operations and projects.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
