Role Overview

Nguvu Mining is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Superintendent to lead our Human Resources team and drive strategic HR initiatives across the organization. The successful candidate will ensure alignment between HR practices and company objectives, creating a positive and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training and development, and compensation & benefits.

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support business objectives.

• Ensure compliance with Ghanaian labor laws and employment regulations.

• Provide guidance and support to management on HR matters, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

• Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, employee engagement, and retention strategies.

• Oversee HR reporting, analytics, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Professional HR certification preferred (CIPD, SHRM, IHRMP, or equivalent).

• Minimum 6–8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.

• Experience in mining, construction, or heavy industry is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of Ghana labor law and employment practices.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
