Job Overview

Are you a passionate safety leader ready to drive excellence? Rigworld Solutions is seeking an experienced HSSEQ Manager to lead our Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality initiatives. This role requires a strategic, hands-on leader with extensive knowledge of international standards and Ghanaian HSE regulations, capable of shaping a strong safety and quality culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSSEQ policies, systems, and programs in line with ISO standards and local regulations.

• Lead audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

• Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the HSSEQ team and other departments.

• Monitor and report on HSSEQ performance, including incidents, near-misses, and corrective actions.

• Conduct training programs to raise awareness and improve HSSEQ competencies across the organization.

• Collaborate with operational teams to identify risks, implement preventive measures, and ensure a safe working environment.

• Drive a culture of continuous improvement in health, safety, environmental management, and quality practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.

• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or ISO Lead Auditor.

• 10+ years of professional experience, with 5–7 years in an HSEQ management role within Oil & Gas or related industries.

• Strong knowledge of OHSAS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, and Ghanaian HSE regulations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

• Proven ability to drive safety and quality excellence in high-risk environments.
