Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resource Manager to lead and strengthen our HR function. The successful candidate will align people strategies with business objectives, drive workforce planning, and foster a high-performance culture within a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with overall business goals
- Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee retention initiatives
- Oversee employee relations and ensure a positive and productive work environment
- Manage performance management systems and support staff development programs
- Ensure full compliance with Ghana Labour Laws and HR best practices
- Provide guidance to management on HR policies, procedures, and decision-making
- Drive employee engagement and organizational culture improvement initiatives
- Support training and development programs to enhance workforce capability
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate management reports as required
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resource Management within the water processing industry
- Strong understanding of workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee retention strategies
- Proven ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Ghana Labour Laws and HR best practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
