Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Support performance management and staff appraisal processes
- Handle employee relations and promote a positive work environment
- Coordinate training and staff development activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Assist in payroll preparation and attendance monitoring
- Promote a welcoming and professional workplace culture
Requirements
- Must be 25 years and above
- Must reside in Ho
- Minimum qualification: HND, Diploma, or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work full-time in a structured office environment
- Male or female applicants are welcome
Added Advantage
- Basic graphic design skills will be an advantage
