Job Summary

The Human Resource Representative plays a critical role in creating a welcoming environment and supporting the organization’s workforce. The role actively manages core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. The successful candidate ensures HR processes operate efficiently while supporting employees and management in achieving organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

The Human Resource Representative will:

• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interviews, orientation, and employee documentation

• Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and promoting a supportive workplace culture

• Monitor and manage employee time and attendance records to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Administer employee leave processes, including leave requests, approvals, and record maintenance

• Coordinate and administer performance appraisal processes in line with company policies and timelines

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records and HR documentation

• Support management with HR reporting and daily administrative tasks

• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws

Educational Qualification & Requirements

• Male applicant

• Minimum of two (2) years’ practical experience in a Human Resource role

• Strong understanding of HR principles, employee relations, and HR administration

• Must be currently residing in Takoradi

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
