Atlantic Concepts Ghana invites applications from skilled and results-oriented professionals to fill the position of I.T. Technician.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The I.T. Technician provides technical support and maintains the organization’s information technology infrastructure to ensure system reliability, security, and optimal performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The I.T. Technician will:

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems, networks, and related equipment

• Provide timely technical support to users and resolve hardware, software, and network issues

• Implement and support internet and network security protocols

• Monitor system performance and ensure data security and integrity

• Maintain accurate technical documentation and system records

• Support system upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery activities

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve IT service delivery

• Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must:

• Hold an HND or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

• Have relevant years of work experience in an IT support or technical role

• Demonstrate practical experience with internet and network security protocols

• Possess strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Show ability to prepare and maintain technical documentation

• Exhibit strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills

Professional certifications will be an added advantage.
