Position Summary

Verasure Insurance Brokerage seeks results-oriented and entrepreneurial individuals to join our team as Insurance Marketing Officers. The successful candidates will drive client acquisition, build strong customer relationships, and promote a range of insurance products to meet clients’ financial protection needs.

This is a full-time position based in Accra.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Promote and market insurance products to individuals and corporate clients.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Provide professional advice on insurance solutions tailored to client needs.

• Prepare and present product proposals and quotations.

• Achieve assigned sales and performance targets.

• Maintain accurate client records and reports.

• Leverage digital tools and platforms to support marketing and client engagement.

Qualifications and Requirements

Educational Qualification (Either of the following):

• Degree, HND, Diploma, or any tertiary qualification (Minimum age: 25 years).
  OR

• SHS / O Level / A Level or any secondary school qualification (Minimum age: 30 years).

Additional Requirements:

• Valid Ghana Card (mandatory).

• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong sales drive.

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

• Experience in the insurance industry is an advantage.
