Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented, responsible, and highly motivated Internal Audit Officer to join our team in Takoradi. The successful candidate will support the organization’s internal control systems, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and contribute to operational efficiency and accountability across the business.

The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, maintain a high level of confidentiality, and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Review financial and operational processes to identify risks and recommend improvements
  • Monitor internal control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
  • Prepare accurate audit reports and present findings with practical recommendations
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with financial and operational standards
  • Support investigations and verification exercises where necessary
  • Maintain proper audit documentation and records
  • Collaborate with departments to strengthen accountability and operational performance

Educational Requirement

  • Undergraduate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of two (2) years’ relevant working experience
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Good communication and report-writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Applicant must reside in Takoradi Township or nearby areas
