Marlin Resort invites applications from dynamic and experienced IT professionals residing in Accra to join its team as IT Manager.

Key Responsibilities

The IT Manager will:

• Lead and manage the IT department, including staff supervision, training, and performance management.

• Develop, implement, and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.

• Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of all IT systems and data.

• Plan and manage IT projects, upgrades, and technology initiatives.

• Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related issues promptly.

• Monitor technology trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with other departments to align IT initiatives with business objectives.

  Qualifications and Experience

  Applicants must:

  • Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Have a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in IT management or a similar role.

  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of network administration, systems management, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.

  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Reside in Accra and be able to manage on-site IT operations effectively.
