We are seeking an experienced and results-driven IT Manager to lead the organization’s technology strategy, digital platforms, and IT operations. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of the company’s technology infrastructure while supporting business objectives through innovative technology solutions.

Position Summary

The IT Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, security, and continuous improvement of the organization’s technology ecosystem. The successful candidate will lead IT operations, manage critical business systems, ensure cybersecurity and data protection compliance, and provide strategic guidance on technology investments that enhance operational efficiency and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

IT Strategy & Digital Transformation

• Lead the management and optimization of business-critical digital platforms and system integrations.
• Develop and implement IT strategies that support organizational goals and operational excellence.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and support innovation across the organization.

Systems Management & Operational Support

• Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of all business systems and technology platforms.
• Manage transaction monitoring systems, revenue assurance processes, and reconciliation controls.
• Oversee system integrations to ensure seamless data flow and operational effectiveness.
• Monitor and enhance operational processes through technology-driven solutions.

Infrastructure & Network Management

• Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, networks, cloud services, and communication systems.
• Ensure system uptime, operational continuity, and high service availability across the organization.
• Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to minimize downtime and service disruptions.
• Manage hardware, software, and technology assets to support business operations.

Cybersecurity, Risk & Compliance

• Develop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.
• Ensure the protection of company data, systems, and digital assets against security threats.
• Oversee disaster recovery planning, business continuity initiatives, and incident response procedures.
• Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations, security standards, and internal policies.
• Conduct periodic security assessments and risk evaluations.

Data Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor business dashboards, analytics platforms, and management reporting tools.
• Analyze operational and technology performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop reporting frameworks that enhance visibility into operational performance.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Manage relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and external consultants.
• Evaluate vendor performance and ensure service level agreements are achieved.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand technology requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Provide leadership and guidance on technology-related projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• A Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Technology Management, or a related discipline will be an added advantage.
• Relevant professional certifications in IT management, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, networking, or project management will be an advantage.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in information technology, systems administration, infrastructure management, or related areas.
• At least three (3) years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven experience managing enterprise technology infrastructure, digital platforms, and IT operations.
• Demonstrated success in implementing technology solutions that improve operational performance and business outcomes.
