We are seeking a skilled, proactive, and detail-oriented IT & NOC Support Engineer to support our network operations, systems infrastructure, and global connectivity needs.

Position Summary

The IT & NOC Support Engineer will monitor, maintain, and support IT systems, network infrastructure, and cloud platforms to ensure high availability and performance. The successful candidate will provide real-time support, resolve technical incidents, and contribute to the reliability of systems that support multi-country operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support network operations, systems performance, and infrastructure health across environments.
  • Provide first and second-level IT support for users, systems, and services.
  • Administer and support Windows and Linux server environments.
  • Manage and support cloud services such as Microsoft 365, Azure, or equivalent platforms.
  • Use monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Datadog, Zabbix, or similar) to track system performance, logs, and alerts.
  • Analyze system metrics, logs, and traces to identify and resolve issues proactively.
  • Support REST API integrations by testing endpoints, interpreting responses, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Collaborate with development, DevOps, and engineering teams to support system reliability and deployments.
  • Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
  • Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and incident resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security standards and best practices.
  • Support remote teams across different time zones and locations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in IT support, systems administration, or NOC operations.
  • Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networking and Windows/Linux server administration.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365, Azure, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Datadog, Zabbix, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, including endpoint testing and response interpretation.
  • Familiarity with IT security practices and compliance frameworks.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, ITIL, or Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
  • Experience supporting DevOps or SRE environments is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in variable-connectivity and multi-country operational environments.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
