Position Overview

Wistech Solutions is seeking a proactive and skilled IT Officer to join our team in Spintex, Accra. The ideal candidate will lead website development projects, provide technical support, manage digital platforms, and contribute to creative branding initiatives.

We are looking for a tech-driven professional who is passionate about innovation, highly organized, and eager to explore AI tools and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop WordPress websites from concept to deployment

• Maintain, update, and optimize company and client websites

• Provide IT technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues

• Create engaging graphic designs for branding and social media campaigns

• Manage and grow social media platforms strategically

• Ensure website security, performance, and functionality

• Collaborate with team members on digital projects and campaigns

• Explore and implement AI tools and automation solutions to improve efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Proven experience in WordPress website design and development

• Strong skills in graphic design (branding and social media content creation)

• Experience in IT technical support and troubleshooting

• Website maintenance experience

• Social media management experience

• Must reside in Spintex or nearby areas

Added Advantage

• Experience with Laravel framework

• Strong interest and practical exposure to AI tools and automation
