Job Summary

The IT Support Specialist (MPS) will provide technical support and servicing for enterprise print solutions, including printers, copiers, and multifunction devices. The role requires hands-on expertise, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to deliver professional support to clients while ensuring secure integration of devices within their networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain printers, copiers, and multifunction devices for clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Deploy and integrate print management software across client networks securely.
  • Provide on-site support and perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal device performance.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, providing professional guidance and technical assistance.
  • Maintain accurate service records and report recurring issues to management.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to improve service delivery and MPS solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest Managed Print Services technologies and best practices.
  • Travel within Accra to perform on-site customer visits as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT support or technical servicing, preferably with exposure to Managed Print Services or enterprise print solutions.
  • Proven hands-on experience installing and servicing printers, copiers, and multifunction devices.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Ability to configure print management software and integrate devices into client networks securely.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and professional communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage priorities under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel within Accra for client support visits.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with MPS technologies.
