Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kindergarten Teacher to deliver quality early childhood education and create a warm, engaging, and supportive classroom environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in nurturing young learners’ academic, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with early childhood education standards.

• Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating learning environment for kindergarten pupils.

• Use creative and child-centered teaching methodologies to support learning and development.

• Observe, assess, and document pupils’ progress and provide feedback to parents and school management.

• Promote positive behavior, values, and social skills among pupils.

• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.

• Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development programs.

Educational & Professional Requirements:

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience, preferably in early childhood education.

• Must reside within or around Haatso, Ecomog, or Agbogba environs.

• Strong communication and classroom management skills.

• Passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
