Role Overview

Enterprise Life Insurance / Arod Brokers is seeking motivated and customer-focused Life Planners / Sales Officers to drive sales growth and expand our client base in Tema. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, relationship-building, and helping clients make informed financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients for life insurance products

  • Promote and sell insurance solutions tailored to client needs

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

  • Provide professional financial advice and product education to clients

  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals

  • Maintain accurate client records and sales documentation

  • Participate in training, coaching, and business development activities

  • Represent the company professionally and uphold brand values

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Must be 25 years and above

  • Minimum educational qualification: SHS

  • Additional qualifications such as Certificate, Diploma, HND, or Degree are acceptable

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Sales experience is an added advantage but not mandatory
