Job Summary

Zonda Tec Ghana is seeking skilled Light and Heavy Duty Mechanics to join our Kumasi team. The successful candidate will actively maintain and repair vehicles and machinery, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and reliability. You will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly while providing excellent service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain light and heavy-duty vehicles and machinery

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting

• Replace defective parts and components using standard procedures and tools

• Conduct engine, transmission, hydraulic, and electrical system repairs

• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service schedules

• Ensure all safety and quality standards are adhered to in all work

• Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete repair and maintenance tasks

• Provide technical guidance and support to junior mechanics where necessary

Educational Qualification & Experience

• WASSCE, NABTEX, or HND in Automobile Engineering

• 2–4 years of working experience in repairing and maintaining light and heavy-duty vehicles and machinery

• Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Knowledge of safety standards and workshop best practices
