Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics & Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency across inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, and warehouse operations while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Raw Material (RM) Inbound Management: Coordinate the receipt, inspection, and storage of raw materials to ensure timely availability for production.
• Finished Goods (FG) Management: Oversee storage, handling, and timely distribution of finished goods to meet customer demand.
• Outbound & Dispatch Management: Plan and execute the delivery of products to customers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and cost efficiency.
• Freight & Transport Coordination: Manage relationships with transport providers and optimize freight solutions to reduce cost and improve service.
• Inventory Control & Reporting: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock audits, and generate reports for management.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining proper documentation.
• Warehouse Operations: Supervise warehouse staff, implement best practices, and maintain a safe, organized, and efficient storage environment.

Educational & Professional Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in logistics, warehouse management, and supply chain coordination.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
