We are seeking an experienced M.E.P Project Manager to lead and coordinate all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing activities across our projects.
Job Purpose
The M.E.P Project Manager plans, coordinates, and manages all MEP works from design review through construction and commissioning. The role ensures MEP systems meet project specifications, codes, quality standards, schedules, and budgets while working closely with subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works on assigned projects
Review MEP designs, shop drawings, and technical submittals for compliance and constructability
Manage and supervise MEP subcontractors to ensure timely and quality delivery of works
Coordinate MEP activities with civil, architectural, and structural teams to avoid clashes
Ensure compliance with applicable building, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing codes and standards
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation related to MEP works
Identify risks and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines and quality
Support testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems
Prepare and submit progress reports, technical documentation, and coordination updates
Promote safety, quality, and best practices across all MEP activities
Educational & Professional Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction or MEP project delivery
Proven experience working with and managing MEP subcontractors
Strong understanding of building systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations
General knowledge of building, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing codes and standards
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and coordination skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently
