Male Sales Promoter (Full-Time)

Role Summary
We are seeking motivated and knowledgeable Male Sales Promoters to drive sales, promote agrochemical products, and provide technical assistance to farmers. The successful candidates will build strong relationships with clients, deliver excellent product knowledge, and support farmers with guidance on optimal usage and application.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell agrochemical products to farmers, distributors, and agribusinesses.
Provide technical assistance and guidance on product usage and application methods.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth and brand loyalty.
Conduct product demonstrations and organize promotional activities in the field.
Educate farmers on best practices in crop protection, agrochemical safety, and application techniques.
Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and report insights to management.
Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.
Educational Qualification
HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Agronomy, Agribusiness, or related fields.
Experience & Requirements
Knowledge of agrochemical products, their application, sales techniques, and technical assistance for farmers is required.
Experience working in the agricultural sector is preferred.
Proven ability to engage with farmers and agribusiness clients effectively.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of field sales, promotion methods, and customer engagement strategies.
Ability to work in rural or semi-urban farming communities.
Organized, reliable, and committed to achieving targets.
Passion for agriculture and improving farmer livelihoods.
