Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives within our Personal & Private Banking segment. The successful candidate will drive digital marketing strategies, enhance brand positioning, and leverage analytics to optimize customer engagement and business growth.
You will work across teams to develop data-driven campaigns, track performance, and translate insights into actionable strategies that strengthen market presence and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels to drive customer acquisition and engagement
- Utilize marketing technology and automation platforms to optimize campaign performance
- Track, measure, and report on marketing performance, ensuring strong ROI
- Analyze customer data, segment audiences, and generate actionable insights
- Identify market trends and recommend long-term strategies to enhance brand reputation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive adoption of data-driven marketing practices
- Manage marketing platforms and ensure effective campaign delivery
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Qualifications
- First Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Analytics, or a related field
Professional Certifications (Advantageous):
- OMCP Digital Marketing Certification
- HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification
- CIM or CIMG certification
Experience Required
Integrated Marketing – Digital Marketing (7–10 years):
- Advanced knowledge of marketing technology and digital platforms
- Strong expertise in digital channel engagement and campaign execution
- Proven ability to track, measure, and report marketing performance and ROI
- Experience with data segmentation, digital analytics, and marketing automation systems
Analytics & Strategic Marketing (5–7 years):
- Ability to drive adoption and understanding of analytics across all organizational levels
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Experience in making strategic recommendations based on data
- Understanding of global and local digital marketing trends
- Ability to define and target key audience segments effectively
