Role Overview

Zonda TEC Ghana Ltd seeks a proactive and results-oriented Marketer to drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and sales growth within the automotive sector. You will actively engage customers, develop market opportunities, and strengthen the company’s presence within the Greater Accra region and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote automotive products and services.
• Identify and pursue new sales and business opportunities within target markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and corporate clients.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activity, and industry trends.
• Actively promote company offerings through direct sales engagement and marketing campaigns.
• Support lead generation efforts and convert prospects into long-term customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing and sales objectives.
• Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and promotional activities when required.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in automotive sales or marketing is highly preferred.
• Strong familiarity with the Ghanaian market, particularly the Greater Accra region.
• Proven ability to engage customers and close sales in a competitive environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales and marketing targets.
