As part of our growth strategy, we invite experienced and strategic professionals to join our team as Marketing and Business Development Associate.

Position Summary

The Marketing and Business Development Associate will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and executing targeted marketing strategies. The successful candidate will actively promote our training solutions, expand our market presence, and contribute to long-term organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within corporate and institutional markets.

• Develop and implement effective marketing and business development strategies.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

• Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and bids.

• Conduct market research to identify trends and emerging opportunities.

• Collaborate with internal teams to design customized training solutions.

• Monitor and report on business development performance metrics.

• Represent the company professionally at networking events and industry engagements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Master’s degree will be an added advantage.

• Minimum of five (5) years’ proven experience in business development or marketing.

• Experience within education, training, or capacity-building sectors is highly desirable.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

• Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
