Role Overview
The Marketing and Sales Manager actively leads and executes marketing and sales strategies that drive revenue growth, brand visibility, and customer engagement. This role takes ownership of market expansion, team coordination, and performance management while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Lead, motivate, and manage sales and marketing teams to deliver consistent results
Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing customer relationships
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, partnerships, and market activations
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategy
Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and marketing analyses
Collaborate with management to align sales objectives with business goals
Maintain accurate records and utilize computer-based tools for reporting and planning
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience in marketing and sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage client relationships
Proficiency in computer operations, including standard business applications
Results-driven mindset with strong negotiation and presentation skills
Experience in hospitality or service-oriented environments is an advantage
