We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and strategic Marketing Manager to join our growing team at Judy Innovative Technologies Ltd, a pioneering legal technology company transforming how individuals and businesses access legal services across Africa. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising marketing initiatives that strengthen JUDY’s brand, engage legal professionals and clients, and drive user growth. This role blends creativity with strategic execution and requires strong analytical skills, storytelling ability, and a deep understanding of how to communicate the value of legal tech to diverse audiences. Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that promote JUDY’s legal tech solutions and align with company goals, brand positioning, and target audience needs.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to increase awareness, adoption, and engagement of JUDY’s legal technology products.
• Content and Brand Management: Oversee the creation of educational and promotional content such as blog posts, legal insights, social media updates, and newsletters that simplify legal concepts and highlight JUDY’s impact.
• Social Media & Digital Presence: Manage JUDY’s online presence, fostering thought leadership and engagement with the legal community through data-driven insights and creative storytelling.
• Market and User Research: Conduct research on market trends, user behaviour, and competitor activity within the legal and tech sectors to inform strategic decision-making.
• Partnerships & Events: Collaborate with law firms, legal institutions, tech hubs, and media partners to build strategic relationships that enhance JUDY’s brand reach and authority.
• Performance Tracking: Measure, analyse, and report on marketing performance metrics (e.g., lead generation, conversions, engagement) to improve ROI and marketing effectiveness.
• Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer relations teams to align messaging and drive growth initiatives across the business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (experience in tech or legal industries is a plus).
• Be based in Ghana.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in tech, SaaS, or legal services environments.
• Proven ability to design and execute successful campaigns that translate complex topics into clear, engaging messages.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, automation platforms, and analytics.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and consistent with brand tone and messaging.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage projects across teams.
• Demonstrates a customer-focused attitude with patience and empathy.
• Passion for legal innovation, technology, and access to justice is highly desirable.
