Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing & Partnerships Manager to lead market expansion, strengthen strategic relationships, and drive brand growth. The successful candidate will play a critical role in building distribution channels, securing key partnerships, and delivering sustainable revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

Market Development & Channel Expansion

  • Develop and expand wholesale, retail, HoReCa, and institutional sales channels
  • Achieve and maintain a balanced channel mix of 40% wholesale, 30% retail, 20% HoReCa, and 10% institutional

Sales & Strategic Partnerships

  • Identify, negotiate, and secure framework contracts and offtake agreements
  • Manage and grow key accounts, including processors, retailers, and institutions

Brand & FMCG Growth

  • Lead product positioning and brand development initiatives
  • Plan and execute promotional activities and market campaigns to drive visibility and sales

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction with a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 50 or above
  • Drive customer retention and ensure repeat business of at least 70%

Revenue Growth Strategy

  • Identify and develop new market opportunities locally and within the ECOWAS region
  • Expand distribution networks and optimize pricing strategies to maximize revenue

Qualifications & Experience

  • HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in agribusiness, FMCG, or B2B sales
  • Proven ability to build partnerships and deliver measurable sales growth
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
