Position Summary

Alt Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Representative to promote our products and services in Accra. The successful candidate will actively engage with potential customers, explain digital solutions in simple terms, and drive adoption while achieving marketing and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Alt Solutions’ products and services to target customers through field-based marketing activities

• Clearly explain digital technology and services in simple, relatable terms to diverse audiences

• Utilize mobile apps, social media, and other digital tools to support marketing campaigns

• Identify sales opportunities and actively pursue leads to meet or exceed targets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and community stakeholders

• Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform marketing strategies

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and field activities

• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize marketing efforts and achieve organizational goals

• Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently in field-based assignments

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain digital technology simply

• High level of tech-savviness and familiarity with mobile apps and social media tools

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment

• High energy, resilience, and a positive attitude toward field-based marketing activities

• Fluency in English and at least one local language (Twi, Ga, or Ewe)

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse groups

• Strong time-management skills and ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
