Position Overview

Glee Health Dental & Eye Clinic seeks a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Manager to lead its marketing strategies and business development initiatives. The successful candidate will drive patient acquisition, build brand awareness, and manage sales operations to support the clinic’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase clinic visibility and patient engagement.
• Lead sales initiatives to meet and exceed patient acquisition and revenue targets.
• Manage promotional campaigns across digital and traditional media channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, referral partners, and stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze marketing and sales performance metrics, reporting insights to management.
• Coordinate events, workshops, and community outreach programs to promote clinic services.
• Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient experience.
• Train and mentor junior marketing and sales staff as needed.

Educational & Professional Requirements

• Age range: 21 – 32 years.
• Must reside in or around Spintex or Oyarifa.
• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development is an advantage.
• Flexible, hardworking, humble, and eager to learn.
• Professional and team-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
