Position Summary

We are seeking dynamic, results-oriented, and customer-focused Marketing & Sales Personnel to support business growth and market expansion across our operational regions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the company’s products and services, identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the achievement of sales and marketing objectives. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Promote and market the company’s products and services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential customers, distributors, and business partners.
  • Generate qualified sales leads and convert prospects into long-term customers.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and provide customer feedback to support business decision-making.
  • Present product information and demonstrate product benefits to customers and stakeholders.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market developments.
  • Prepare sales and market activity reports for management review.
  • Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient customer service and order fulfillment.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times and promote a positive brand image.

Qualification Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Hold a BSc, BTech, HND, or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess excellent customer service and relationship management abilities.
  • Have strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Be self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and business development.
  • Be willing to travel and work within designated operational regions.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, agribusiness, or customer-facing roles will be considered an added advantage.

  • Twifo Praso
  • Fosu

Western Region

  • Nzema and surrounding communities

Western North Region

  • Various operational locations within the region
