Job Summary

Eya Naturals is recruiting a results-driven Marketing & Sales Representative to expand brand visibility, drive sales growth, and manage promotional activities across salons and retail partners.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales and marketing initiatives for Eya Naturals products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with salons, retailers, and clients
• Plan and execute promotions, activations, and marketing events
• Identify market opportunities and support business development
• Support digital marketing campaigns
• Prepare sales and performance reports

Qualifications & Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field
• 1–3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or brand promotion
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Comfortable using digital marketing tools
• Ability to organize and execute promotional events
