Position Summary

New Crystal Hospital is seeking a competent and dedicated Medical Officer to provide comprehensive medical care, contribute to clinical decision-making, and support the delivery of high-quality healthcare services at our Accra and Takoradi facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, treat, and manage patients in accordance with established medical protocols.

• Conduct patient consultations, examinations, and follow-up care.

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation.

• Participate in clinical rounds, case discussions, and medical team meetings.

• Promote continuous professional development and adhere to CPD requirements.

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high standards of patient care.

• Support hospital initiatives aimed at improving clinical processes and patient outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• MB.ChB, MBBS, or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.

• Permanent certification of registration with the Medical and Dental Council.

• Evidence of continuous professional development (CPD).

• Strong clinical knowledge and patient care skills.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work across multiple locations and manage clinical responsibilities effectively.
