Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to promote and sell pharmaceutical devices to healthcare providers. The successful candidate will build strong client relationships, drive product awareness, and contribute to revenue growth within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical devices to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and key decision-makers
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Provide after-sales support and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Biomedical Science, Pharmacy, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical devices and healthcare products is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver results
- Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
