Position Overview
Bliss Family Entertainment is seeking friendly and energetic Meet & Greet Personnel to serve as the first point of contact for guests. The role focuses on welcoming visitors, providing information, and ensuring a positive and engaging customer experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and create a friendly first impression
- Provide accurate information about entertainment activities, services, and facilities
- Guide guests to designated areas and assist with inquiries
- Support smooth guest flow and manage entry points professionally
- Ensure guests feel comfortable, valued, and well-assisted at all times
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception environment
- Communicate guest feedback and concerns to management
- Promote a fun and positive atmosphere aligned with the brand experience
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery
Educational Background & Requirements
- Strong passion for working in a fun, family-friendly environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Friendly, outgoing, and team-oriented personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with strong customer service focus
- Ability to remain calm, helpful, and professional in busy environments
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage but not required
