Position Summary

We are looking for a skilled and creative Mixologist to craft exceptional cocktails and beverages for our guests. The ideal candidate should have a passion for mixology, strong customer service skills, and the ability to provide a unique bar experience that reflects the high standards of Park Springs Hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• ⁠Prepare and serve a variety of classic and signature cocktails, mocktails, and beverages.
• ⁠Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar.
• ⁠Engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner to understand their preferences and provide recommendations.
• ⁠Ensure consistent drink quality and presentation in line with hotel standards.
• ⁠Manage inventory and assist in ordering bar supplies and ingredients.
• ⁠Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards related to food and beverage service.
• ⁠Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team for menu development and promotions.
• ⁠Monitor guest consumption and act responsibly to ensure safety.

Qualifications

• ⁠Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist in a hospitality setting.
• ⁠Strong knowledge of drink recipes, garnishes, and bar tools.
• ⁠Creativity in developing new drinks and enhancing guest experience.
• ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• ⁠Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• ⁠Professional appearance and demeanor.
• ⁠Certification in food safety or hospitality (preferred but not required).

Work Conditions

• Primarily indoor setting in the hotel’s bar and lounge area.
• May require evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Accommodation will be provided
• Candidate must reside in Cape Coast
