Role Overview:
The Mobile Banker will promote the Bank’s products and services, mobilize deposits, and build strong relationships with customers within assigned communities. The role requires energy, integrity, and a strong passion for sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and market the Bank’s products and services to new and existing customers.

• Mobilize deposits and support account opening activities.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships within assigned locations.

• Provide accurate information to customers on banking products and services.

• Meet assigned sales and deposit mobilization targets.

• Maintain proper records and submit regular activity reports.

• Uphold the Bank’s values, policies, and customer service standards at all times.

Educational & Professional Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of WASSCE Certificate.

• Experience in a similar role or sales-related position is an added advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

• High level of integrity and professionalism.
