As part of our expanding operations, we invite skilled and safety-conscious professionals to apply for the position of Mobile Crane Operator.

Position Summary

The Mobile Crane Operator will operate crane equipment to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment safely on construction sites. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with all safety standards while executing lifting operations efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate mobile crane equipment safely and efficiently.

• Inspect crane systems and controls before and after use.

• Interpret lifting plans, load charts, and site instructions accurately.

• Ensure safe rigging, lifting, and positioning of heavy materials.

• Coordinate effectively with site supervisors and riggers during operations.

• Conduct routine maintenance checks and report faults promptly.

• Adhere strictly to occupational health and safety regulations.

• Maintain proper documentation of equipment usage when required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Basic Education Certificate (BECE/WASSCE).

• Valid mobile crane operator’s license or certification.

• Proven experience operating mobile cranes on construction sites.

• Strong understanding of load calculations and crane safety procedures.

• Ability to work in physically demanding and fast-paced environments.

• High level of responsibility, alertness, and teamwork.
