Employment Type: Full-Time (National Service)
What You Will Do
As part of our Information Technology team, you will:
- Provide first-level technical support to employees.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
- Support network, systems, and IT infrastructure operations.
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Maintain IT records, documentation, and inventory.
- Support cybersecurity and data protection initiatives.
- Participate in technology improvement and digital transformation projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient technology solutions.
- Perform other duties assigned by your supervisor.
