Job Summary
The Human Resources Support National Service Personnel will work closely with the HR team to support daily human resource operations. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, training coordination, and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation and orientation.
- Assist with recruitment activities by screening applications and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely data entry.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
- Support HR analytics, training assessments, and reporting.
- Prepare and distribute internal HR communications.
- Conduct research and compile reports on HR-related topics.
- Perform additional HR duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
- Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
