Position Overview
We are seeking proactive, organized, and detail-oriented National Service Personnel to support our Procurement and Supply Chain operations. Successful candidates will gain hands-on experience in procurement processes, supplier management, inventory coordination, logistics support, and supply chain activities.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about operational excellence, resource management, and building professional expertise in procurement and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities
National Service Personnel will:
- Support procurement activities, including sourcing, documentation, and supplier coordination.
- Assist with preparing purchase requests, purchase orders, and procurement records.
- Support inventory monitoring and stock management activities.
- Assist in maintaining supplier databases and procurement documentation.
- Support logistics and supply chain coordination activities.
- Monitor delivery schedules and assist with follow-ups where required.
- Support data collection, reporting, and analysis for supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve procurement efficiency.
- Perform other assigned duties that support organizational objectives.

Eligible Candidates
Applicants should:
- Be eligible for the 2026/2027 National Service Programme.
- Have completed or be completing a relevant tertiary education programme.

- Be hardworking, responsible, adaptable, and professional.
