Position Overview:
Afrigha Surrogacy seeks a caring, responsible, and detail-oriented Nurse Assistant to support the health, comfort, and day-to-day wellbeing of surrogates and newborns. The successful candidate will actively monitor health conditions, provide routine care, maintain a clean environment, and support basic administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine health monitoring of surrogates and newborns.

• Provide comfort care and assist with day-to-day newborn care needs.

• Support feeding, hygiene, and general wellbeing of newborns.

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the surrogates’ home at all times.

• Observe and report any changes in health conditions promptly.

• Maintain accurate basic records and documentation.

• Perform basic administrative tasks using Microsoft Word.

• Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and respectful care at all times.

Educational & Professional Requirements:

• Minimum of a relevant healthcare certificate.

• Nursing Assistant Clinical (NAC) Certificate is an added advantage.

• Clinical experience in maternal or newborn care is a plus.

• Ability to perform routine monitoring and provide hands-on support.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word.

• Strong sense of empathy, responsibility, and attention to detail.
