Job Summary

ASH Clinic is seeking a committed and professional Nursing Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, support patient wellbeing, and contribute to a warm and efficient clinical environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established clinical standards
  • Monitor, assess, and record patient conditions accurately
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals during examinations and procedures
  • Educate patients and their families on health conditions and post-treatment care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming clinical environment
  • Adhere strictly to infection prevention and control protocols
  • Provide compassionate, respectful, and responsive patient care at all times

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of one (1) year relevant work experience
  • Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and integrity
  • Hardworking, respectful, and patient-centered
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Must reside around Spintex, Sakumono, Teshie, or Nungua
