Job Summary

Reload Freight Global (ReloadSVC) seeks a motivated and results-oriented Office Sales Executive to drive sales growth and strengthen customer relationships. The successful candidate will actively engage clients, promote freight and logistics solutions, and support the company’s commercial objectives. This role is based in Accra, and applicants must reside in Accra.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote the company’s freight and logistics services to existing and prospective clients

• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert opportunities into sales

• Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and service follow-ups

• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and sales reports

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery

• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation

• Represent the company professionally and uphold brand standards at all times

Educational Requirements & Experience

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role (experience in logistics or freight is an advantage)

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets consistently

• Proficiency in basic office and sales management tools

Location Requirement

• This position is based in Accra
