Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our travel operations, ensuring seamless execution of trips, events, and projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in travel operations, logistics, or project management, and will thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and optimize day-to-day travel operations for corporate, group, and leisure clients.
Coordinate logistics for trips, events, and projects, ensuring timely delivery and flawless execution.
Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities to achieve minimum 5% savings across operations.
Negotiate with vendors to drive at least 10% annual cost savings without compromising quality.
Implement operational processes that reduce errors and ensure zero major operational failures per trip.
Track and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, targeting an average score of 4.5/5 or higher.
Collaborate with sales and other teams to support revenue growth by ensuring 100% successful execution of all booked trips monthly.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Management, Operations, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in travel operations, events, project management, or logistics. Experience managing group or corporate travel is a strong advantage.
Proven ability to optimize operational workflows, control costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Performance Targets
Zero major operational failures per trip.
Achieve operational cost savings of at least 5%.
Realize minimum 10% annual savings through vendor negotiations.
Maintain an average customer satisfaction score of 4.5/5 or higher.
Ensure timely execution of all trips scheduled for the month.
Contribute to overall revenue by guaranteeing 100% successful delivery of all booked trips.
