Position Summary

Kodi Pets is seeking an organized, proactive, and service-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations at our Dzorwulu location. The successful candidate will manage operational efficiency, lead team performance, enhance customer experiences, and ensure smooth coordination across all business activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and customer-focused service delivery.
• Lead, support, and coordinate team members to achieve operational goals and maintain high service standards.
• Develop and implement processes that improve efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and operational resources to ensure availability and proper management.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing customer needs, feedback, and concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with suppliers and service providers to support effective business operations.
• Monitor operational expenses and support cost-control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Analyze operational performance and provide reports and recommendations to management.
• Identify challenges, resolve issues quickly, and implement practical solutions.
• Support business growth initiatives through improved processes and customer engagement.
• Create a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and accountability.

Educational Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, Retail Management, or a related field is an advantage.
